My first attempt at brining a turkey!
Very exciting.
Here it is in the Brining bag (which started it all...)
Now, in the very full fridge.
Right next to the turkey is the ham...I shall now make the stuffing, the pomegranate salad and maybe the plain jello...if there is room in the fridge.
Oh, I have to go grocery shopping first.
