Here is the recipe for the most delicious potatoes served at Tatia's Sunday Dinner Cafe (only open once every 2 months). The last time we had the BYU boys to dinner, they scarfed down 5lbs. - YES, that is correct, 5 lbs - of these potatoes. Of course they had a little help from the rest of the crowd. OK. I can see that no one will be able to read the recipe...
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 medium potes, cut into large chunks (about 2 lbs.)
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil.
Preheat oven to 450*. In 13x9 pan, combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potes are tender and golden brown.
