Week 2 Weight Loss


How'd we do during the notorious Week 2. You know this is the hardest week, according to "Biggest Loser." I guess your body doesn't like to give up weight during this week.

Did anybody have any success? Are you still on your plan, or did you stop? Please tell us a positive and a challenge for this week. How did you do??

I had an awful week. I went on vacation to the Marriot at LAX to a swing dance convention and ate whatever I wanted. I am very good about eating when I'm in my house, but outside, there are way too many temptations for me.

So I am back at my starting weight. Whatever. I will do better this week. I will do my exercising, drink my water, and eat healthy.

I did exercise once at the hotel gym. I loved it. It was so posh! They even had eucalyptus towels to refresh with at the end of your workout. It was lovely.

Hey, you did some dancing - - that should have been very good for exercising. I like to use the gym at the posh hotels we stay at. They have everything I need. Although, I don't get any eucalyptus. (tee hee)
