For the month of MARCH
I will not have ANY dessert!
No chocolate covered strawberries
no Oreos
no chocolate chip cookies
no cake!
No sugar filled soda, or other sugar filled drink. Milk is ok.
I ran 10 miles yesterday!
Not a pound gone!
Maybe it is because of the sweeties I indulged in!
So, in this moment, while I feel the POWER -
No Desserts for me!
Anyone want to join me??
Come on, it will be fun!
At the end of the month, we can say how much weight we have lost!! Think of the joy!

I go sugarless every year right after easter. It's tradition for me now I think. So I'll start the monday after easter, April 5. It always works though. As soon as I cut the sugar I tend to lose 5-10 lbs (yikes!)
And just a thought, I love salad, which is the best known diet food, because it fills you up and is low on calories. Run, but then eat a huge salad as your dinner, and you wont really get the calories back that you burned off.
Keep up the good work!
I'll join you Starting right this minute!!!
Easy for me to say since I just finished a slice of pumpkin pie with banana slices and whipped cream... then two chocolate turtles!!!!
I'm sooo satiated!!!
I suggest daily R & R (return * report via e-mail)
Just say yes or no
First report tomorrow evening
Cumon you chickens... sign up!!!
I'm challenging you!
Dad
Oh Julie, those chocolate strawberries look sooooooo good! I'm afraid I cannot join you on your month's adventure. But I do know you will have HUGE success if you stick to your plan. You can do it!!!!
I will try to clear the house of all desserts as fast as possible
OK! This is Nana! I will try to do it! The main thing I eat is my calcium chocolate squares. except, I just had a piece of pumpkin pie that Dad brought me while I was reading up in my bed. I couldn't say "no" to him. Love comes with sacrifices that have to be made to keep the marriage happy!! Oh, and I love Quinn's sense of humor!!
I've lost 7 pounds by taking a vitamin B supplement every morning and watching what I eat. Good luck with the sugar fast!
In order for Diana to teach her current class, each morning she must have a Dr. Pepper and chocolate donut... (just kidding but she feels like it)
I'll post my weight with the rest of you. This could be great!
