No Sugar Brings Results!!


Yes, it did.

One day down and I have lost ONE and 1/2 pounds!!

I'll take that.


I watched Quinn eat Oreo after Oreo.

That's ok.

Thanks, Quinn. You helped. Now they are gone.
P.S. You just must remember to NOT fill all those sugar calories with wasted simple carb calories...

Julie, that's fabulous! And Zak, I did that diet when Julie was born. it worked! I didn't mean to diet, that was just the easiest thing to grab when I had so much work to do.

I've lsot 3.5 pounds with Julie's no dessert diet!!!!
I know it will slow down now but if I can drop 6 pounds I will be a good start!
