My garage sale is on Saturday and I've already sold my garage fridge, bunkbeds, air hockey table, and a couple knick knacks. My neighbors came by today and went shopping in my basement. It was very funny. We called it the "presale." Hopefully it won't rain on Saturday and I can sell all I need too.

Hey! What am I? I am ALSO having a garage sale this Saturday. I happen to be using CMPJ's garage. I am doing the signs and everyone knows you can't have a garage sale without signs.
I am glad you are doing so well with the sale so far!
Tatia always revs things up when she gets involved. I wouldn't want to do a garage sale without her. How much did Tatia make and how much did CMP make? tee hee
ACTUALLY, Tatia and I pulled in the same cash amount that day - isn't that amazing? I made a little more at my "presale" but the day of the garage sale we were both equal!!!
In fact, we came up with a trademark for our garage sale. Since it was called the "Yipee Garage Sale" everytime a customer walked onto my drive way we shouted in unison, "YIPEE!" It was very funny to see all the different reactions to our greeting.
Some people hollered back, some people laughed, and some people completely ignored us. But at least it kept us from dying of boredom!
