STAR SIGHTING

Very Exciting for me!
Tonight at Outback Steakhouse, I spotted my first TV star in my regular life. I have seen stars at sporting events, etc, but never in my regular life!
I saw Andrea Evans. She acted in One Life to Live many years ago. She is now on another soap, Passions. I couldn't remember her name at first, then I remembered Andrea. I came home to google her, and found her right away. I talked to 2 friends there who work at the restaurant, they had NO idea who she was.

Ok, I walked by her to make sure, it was nerve wracking. (spelling?)

Oh, by the way, my food was fine - a bit too spicy for me - I had grilled shrimp.

Quinn just reminded me that a few weeks ago I saw a news lady at raging waters...she works at KTLA.

I've seen E. T. when she was married to Eddie Fisher in Las Vegas. They were coming out of a casino as we were walking in. I saw Kirk Douglas at the airport, he stopped in his tracks and stared - mmm - I guess I was pretty! I saw Don Meredith (was he with the Dodgers?) Someone introduced me - he signed a baseball and gave it. Robert Redford kissed me on the cheek on a Thanksgiving Day. Barbara Streisand was playing in the Casino. I don't think I impressed her! And we saw Elder Holland once while we were eating at the Market Street Grill. I could have had shrimp there, as well. tee hee

I'll give a prize to whoever and can guess who the E.T. is in Nana's comment...

Answering Zak: In our younger days my Sweetheart (Bumpa to you) and I went to Vegas often. That's where we saw the good shows. One always had to walk through the Casino to get to the performance room and eating area. I actually liked the Casino - for someone who had grown up on a farm and was more familiar with cows and turnips it was very exciting to see what people looked and dressed like. And, besides, we might spot someone!
